Szekler Folk Music and Folk Dance Camp

We warmly welcome everyone, young and old, whether solo, with friends, or with the whole family, to join us for a few days of good company and great experiences.
Beginner and advanced dancers, as well as musicians, always receive special attention. Therefore, prior experience is not a requirement for signing up for the camp!
Since 2004, visitors have been enjoying the hospitality of Ceuas.
The artistic director of the camp is Ádám Gyémánt, a young master of folk art, who, along with Hortenzia Lőrincz, will be teaching advanced dances, while Móric Máté and Anna Kiss will introduce beginners to the secrets of Ceuas, dances and the male dances of Gănești.
Instrumental training will be provided by local musicians.
In the mornings and afternoons, there will be instrument lessons and dance classes for campers, while in the evenings, they can put their newly acquired skills to use at dance parties. Throughout the day, there will also be opportunities to participate in thematic programs.
The camp fee is 110 EUR, which includes accommodation with local families, three meals a day, and participation in the activities.
On the first day, after arrival, we will welcome visitors with an opening dance party. On the last day, Sunday, after breakfast, we will conclude the event with a communal worship service.
