The music at the evening ball will be in line with the era, provided by the chamber orchestra of Marosvásárhely. Historical performances, delicious food, fine wines, and, of course, dancing.

The Zsuzsánna Ball is a century-old tradition, organized annually both in the homeland and in Transylvania since the early 20th century. According to folk belief, the day of Zsuzsánna takes away the snow, the grass begins to green, and the larks sing, signaling the approach of spring. With the patronage of the Erdélyi Régió Egyesület, Castellum Alapítvány, and the sponsorship of the Prime Minister's Office's National Policy State Secretariat, the Hungarian-Transylvanian traditional Zsuzsánna Ball will be held on February 24, 2024, at the Haller Castle in Marosugra. With this event, we aim to revive the tradition and spirit that characterized these balls. The goal of our event is to unite the responsible-thinking social layers from Hungary and Transylvania within the framework of a prestigious charity ball, along the lines of our historical past and shared future.
The main patron of the event in Hungary is Réka Brendus, the head of the department at the National Policy State Secretariat of the Prime Minister's Office, and in Transylvania, Haller Béla, the president of the Castellum Foundation.
