Vocal-Symphonic Concert

On Thursday, February 19, 2026, a symphonic concert will take place in the Grand Hall of the Palace of Culture.
The Symphony Orchestra and the Mixed Choir of the Târgu Mureș State Philharmonic will perform under the baton of Maestro Anton Shaburov.
The program includes the following works: a fragment from “Apocalypse,” Op. 66 by Anatoly Lyadov; the cantata “John of Damascus” for Mixed Choir and Orchestra, Op. 1 by Sergei Taneyev; and Symphony No. 5 in B-flat major, Op. 100 by Sergei Prokofiev.
