Director Oana Leahu has managed to update the story of "The Ugly Duckling",
creating two unfolding action plans in the performance that intertwine: one for the neighborhood children and one for the birds. Just as in the story, there is a bird different from the others, in the real plan, there is a boy different from the others. It is a show about finding your place, your purpose in this world, regardless of how those around you see you.
