Rumini, a curious little mouse who gets involved in everything, sets sail and finds himself in all kinds of trouble—but always manages to come out on top of dangerous situations.
 His companions are brave sailors—the friendly captain and the tough deck officer.
 The lively puppet characters’ great sea adventures are accompanied by catchy music inspired by sailors’ songs. The little sailor mice encounter beavers, creatures of light, snakes, turtles, and even an evil shrew, but their friendship and camaraderie help them overcome every difficulty.
