Organ Recital

On Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM, Swiss organist Nicolae Moldoveanu will give an organ recital in the Grand Hall of the Palace of Culture.
The evening’s program includes the following works:
- Dietrich Buxtehude: “Magnificat Primi Toni” – 3 Christmas chorale themes
- Johann Sebastian Bach: “Der Tag ist so Freundenreich” – 2 versions from the Orgelbüchlein and the Neumeister Collection
- Johann Sebastian Bach: “Wir Christenleut” – 2 versions from the Orgelbüchlein and the Neumeister Collection
- Johann Sebastian Bach / Dietrich Buxtehude: “In Dulci Jubilo” – 2 versions
- Johann Sebastian Bach: Prelude and Fugue in E minor, BWV 548
- Robert Schumann: Two pieces from Six Studies for Pedal Piano, Op. 56, Nos. 5–6
- Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy: Prelude and Fugue No. 2 in G major
