Music Without Borders – The Transylvanian Tour of the Liszt Ferenc Chamber Orchestra
For the second year in a row, the Liszt Ferenc Chamber Orchestra is carrying out its Transylvanian tour, made possible through the generous support of EXIMBANK.
Following the resounding success of the 2024 concert series – which captivated full-house audiences in Satu Mare, Baia Mare, Cluj-Napoca, and Oradea – the ensemble returns in November 2025 with another four exceptional concerts in Arad, Cluj-Napoca, Târgu Mureș, and Odorheiu Secuiesc.
The aim of the tour is to offer both the Hungarian audiences beyond the border and the local lovers of classical music a world-class artistic experience.
The program celebrates the meeting of Hungarian and European musical heritage: works by Franz Liszt, Béla Bartók, Ferenc Farkas, and the Romanian-born Georges Enescu symbolize the bridge between cultures — where music transcends all boundaries and speaks to everyone.
