What you need to know.
October 5, 2024, from 9:00 in the morning until 16:00.
You must cook the tastiest zacusca.
Teams of minimum 5, maximum 10 people.
In the courtyard of the Murok restaurant.
In a pot.
At the end of the cooking, a jury and public vote will decide which team will win the grand prize.
Prizes will be awarded after 17:00.
What we provide:
✔ Cooking place: cooking pot, wood, tent, tables and benches.
✔ Packet of ingredients: 4 kg peppers, 2 kg onions, 1 kg carrot - carrot must be included!
✔ On arrival, a small welcome snack.
✔ Lunch for the competitors.
✔ Valuable prizes.
✔ All-day program with children's play corner, music and lots of treats.
What you need to bring:
A good-humored team.
Most delicious zacuscă recipe.
🛒 Extra ingredients for the zacusca, on top of the basic package.
Of course, serving and tasting will also be judged, so get ready for that too! 🍽️
