"Over the past centuries, only minimal differences could be observed in the experiences of different generations. However, in the last fifty to sixty years, almost everything has changed at a rapid pace: life expectancy, the age composition of society, the outlook on the future, the concept of communication – and thus, for example, the concept of respect – the meaning of waiting, the burden on the brain, and the list goes on. It is worth understanding and thoroughly exploring the nature of this transformation process and its impact on different age groups, because without this, we only see that things are not as they used to be – and this leads to tension.
