The folk dances of the Campia region stand out for their great regional diversity and rich choreographic forms, reflecting the area’s multicultural character. They play an important social and ritual role, being indispensable at celebrations, weddings, and traditional gatherings, and represent a living expression of traditional culture. With a strong social function, they offer an opportunity for community bonding and the affirmation of local identity.

In this premiere performance, you will enjoy dance suites from Mureș, Cluj, Brașov, and Sălaj, along with folk songs performed by the beloved soloists: Maria Neag, Maria Sântean Faghiura, Livia Sorlea, and Ionela Moruțan.
