JAZZ AT THE PALACE 2.

Under the banner of JAZZ IN THE PALACE .2, the MINDTHEGAP Association brings a major jazz event to Târgu Mureș: two hours of uninterrupted jazz featuring two leading names of the Romanian fusion scene.
On stage: the multi-award-winning Cluj-based band MARQUIS Collective, alongside MINDTHEGAP Trio, the first band from Transylvania to win the Best Romanian Act award at the Jazz in the Park Competition 2025.

Following an outstanding year in 2025, highlighted by the launch of their album “Metamorphosis” at the renowned Sunset Sunside club in Paris, Marquis Collective returns to perform for the local audience. The band brings to the stage the concept that earned them recognition at the Mittelyoung Awards in Italy.

MINDTHEGAP Trio will present their album UNSPOKEN on the stage of the Palace of Culture. Released at the end of last year, the album earned them the Jazz in the Park award. UNSPOKEN is an eclectic collection of 8 tracks inspired by world cultures and the multicultural diversity that surrounds us.
