Jazz Evening at the Fortress - Bachiu Picchu Quartet & CT Project – Sculpting Sounds

We invite you to a new edition of Jazz Evening at the Fortress, a unique musical experience in the heart of the city, under the open sky of the Medieval Fortress of Târgu Mureș.

On Saturday, July 12, we’ll tune in to the live vibrations of jazz with two outstanding bands:

 BACHIU PICCHU QUARTET (RO)
A band that blends the energy of classic jazz with modern influences in a vibrant and surprising performance.

 CT Project – Sculpting Sounds (RO, HU, LT)
CT Project – Sculpting Sounds is an electro-acoustic project that merges styles from classical to electronic, combining acoustic instruments with electronic sound effects. The “sculpted” musical stories are performed by pianist and composer Cári Tibor and cellist Szabó J. Attila of the Cluj Philharmonic Orchestra.

This experimental contemporary jazz project will also feature two special guests:
 – Andra Kavaliauskaitė (Lithuania) – vocals
– Patricia Marchiș (Romania) – saxophone
