HEAVENLY BEAUTIFUL ROSE – A Marian Mystery

 

In our mystery play, the figure of the Virgin Mary, Mother of God, is evoked through archaic folk prayers, sacred songs, and legends. In this performance, folk singing, storytelling, puppet manipulation, and live instrumental music come together to shape the events, allowing moments of humor to shine through the sacred story as well—since in the spirit of the folk tradition, these two are inseparable.

 

Our seventy-minute performance is recommended for audiences aged twelve and above, as well as for adults.
