This is a significant commitment. We are leaving behind the familiar landscapes of Transylvania, where we are accustomed to moving comfortably among its mountains and plains. We are stepping out of the region whose culture has been part of our lives since childhood and which we almost speak at a native level. We head west and immerse ourselves in the world of the local peasants, which, although part of the same cultural spirit, hides many different values.
We do all this with as much dedication as the Bukovinian or Viski Székelys before us. We will encounter ancient elements reaching back in time and the bourgeois traditions of new fashion waves, but at the same time, we will have the opportunity to showcase what we have brought from home.
