Tour guide basic training

Tourism has become one of the most dynamically developing industries worldwide, leading to an increased demand for quality guiding services. To become a professional tour guide, one needs experience and practice. This process is smoother and faster when there is a solid theoretical foundation, which is acquired through the course. Upon successful completion of the basic training (ghid de turism), one can obtain the tour guide license (ecuson).
The program is certified by the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity and the Ministry of Education, with the specialized approval of the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism.
Opportunities:
- Completion of CONTINUING EDUCATION - national, equestrian tour guide, specializing in religious tourism, leading pilgrimage groups.
- Can start their own business and independently practice the profession.
- Can work part-time, obtaining additional income with the acquired license.

Application requirements:
- Completion of a minimum of 10th grade - mandatory general education
- Health suitability (medical certificate stating "fit for Tour Guide")
- Criminal record certificate
Period: March 11 - July 18, 2024.
Classes will be held on Mondays and Tuesdays from 16:00 to 20:00, as well as on Fridays from 16:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. The detailed schedule will be sent to those interested.
The cost of the training is 2,700 lei, including registration and exam fees, as well as practical tours related to the course.
