2–4 October 2026 | Sighișoara Medieval Citadel
One citadel. Thousands of flavors. One unique experience.
From October 2 to 4, 2026, Sighișoara becomes a meeting point for gastronomy, wine, heritage and tradition. Gastronomica transforms the entire Citadel into a vibrant culinary journey, guided by the Gastronomic Passport: discover partner restaurants, dishes created exclusively for the event, and carefully selected wines presented by sommeliers.
Daily program:
**Friday, October 2:** 4 gourmet dishes, 4 selected wines and artistic performances inspired by the medieval atmosphere.
**Saturday, October 3:** 8 special dishes, 8 fine wines and a concert by the Philharmonic Orchestra in the Citadel.
**Sunday, October 4:** 4 reinterpretations of local flavors, 4 wines with a story and live music.
The experience is complemented by live culinary demonstrations at the Butchers’ Bastion and a fair dedicated to local producers and craftspeople.
