I was happy to rediscover 4 outstanding actresses in the 4 female leads: Maia Morgenstern (a terribly believable Aneta Duduleanu, with strong comic accents, but not in a prosaic way), Carmen Tanase (this time, an exceptional Zoia, sympathetic, but also with the strength of stage expression), Virginia Rogin (one of the most refined, complex and masterful actresses, playing here a great role, in Lena) and my dear Adriana Trandafir (this mountain of talent, passion and dedication, painstakingly creating a Fräulein like I have never seen before).
I can't not also talk about the love triangle, brilliantly played by Diana Cavallioti (what a Wanda she did, such sensuality, such femininity and inner power!!!), Andreea Chirițescu (an amazingly self-controlled Margareta, showing a side of the character I had never seen before) and Tudor Istodor (an authentic, original Mircea, bringing something of the elegance of Ovidiu Iuliu Moldovan). Gabriel Fatu, Ioana Ancea and Ion Ionuț Ciocia brought their very important contribution in the three comic roles of Ianache, Colette and Georges Duduleanu, Aneta's sons and daughter-in-law.
