We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive event, organized in the magical setting of Bethlen Castle, where we will celebrate together the beauty and richness of the senses through "Aromas and Wine". This experience aims to offer you a unique sensory journey, where fine wines harmoniously blend with exquisite flavors to create an unforgettable experience. Joining us will be Chef Suciu Calin with a rich experience in the culinary art.
Day 1 - Experience the Magic - 15.08.2024
The day will start with a warm welcome in the castle courtyard, where you will be greeted with traditional drinks and snacks prepared from local products.The main attraction of the event will be the tender meat cooked on a skewer, skillfully prepared by our chef. You will also be able to savor a variety of traditional dishes, all carefully selected from small local producers.
Day 2- Sensory Journey -16.08.2024
The second day takes our senses to a new experience. After the traditional meal that takes us through Transylvanian flavors we continue with the priceless liqueur, wine.
Wine tasting is more than just an exercise in savoring the beverage; it is a journey through the senses, an exploration of the art of winemaking and a celebration of the passion for wine. Each glass opens up a new world, inviting us to discover, enjoy and appreciate the beauty of wine in all its splendor. Bethlen Castle supports local producers. Each bottle of locally produced wine is more than just a product - it is a story about the land, climate, history and people. On request, we prepare a dinner under the stars at the castle.
Day 3 - Meeting tradition - 17.08.2024
Hungarian gastronomy is a rich and exciting adventure, combining ancient traditions with a passion for food. Every dish, every flavor and every bite tells you a story about the culture and soul of a people, transforming a simple meal into a true culinary journey. On the third day of the event, in addition to the traditional meal, we are delighted to serve the famous goulash. This is an experience in itself, a perfect balance of flavors and textures that warms body and soul. The evening ends with a bonfire and live music.
