Dalinda Concert

Apr-29

29 april 2024
The Hungarian a cappella trio Dalinda's singers - Fanni Nádasdy, Julianna Paár, and Sára Tímár - are all dedicated to Hungarian folk music. In their music, however, they strive to bring the authentic, intuitive singing style required for folk songs to the stage in a modern format, rearranged sensitively in multiple voices. Their songs speak of shared human experiences, as our folk songs carry collective emotions and thoughts that affect us all. They are the purest source of our self-expression.
The idea of the formation was born in 2015. From the experiences of numerous folk and world music projects, through years of shared work, Dalinda crystallized. Since its formation, they have released two albums, performed in the largest concert halls in Hungary, at international festivals, and represented the folk a cappella genre in India and at WOMEX in 2020. With the material from their album "Átjárók", they collaborated with the Fitos Dezső Company to create a musical dance theater performance.
Dalinda will perform for the first time in Marosvásárhely. We invite those interested to the special performance of the golden-throated singers at the Bartók Béla Hall of the Transylvanian Heritage House Foundation on April 29th at 7:00 PM!

The event can be supported with a donation of 10 lei.
Dalinda will also perform in Csíkszereda on April 30th, and in Kovászna on May 1st.
Photo and video recordings may be made at the event. By participating in the event, you agree to appear in the recordings made here, and the foundation may use them solely for the purpose of promoting its programs.
