I'm sure there are those who think that the increasingly high temperatures and extreme weather are not part of a trend. But those who live with nature can see that something has inevitably begun. And we can wink and say that climate change will be our grandchildren's problem, but no, it's ours now. And the decision is ours whether to bury our heads in the sand or face our own responsibility.
The hero of our story, Bumburnyak, was exiled to Earth from the planet Idill. To return to his family, he must perform three good deeds. The mission succeeds, but the little elf never returns. He feels he has work to do: to help people understand our responsibility not to waste nature's treasures. For as we treat each other, so is our world.
Our presentation speaks about environmental awareness, alienation, waste and carelessness in a language that children can understand and relate to. Through dance and theatre, it holds a mirror up to us, so that we can look into it and see the outlines of a brave new world.
