At the beginning of the Easter holiday weekend, on Friday, we can taste authentic festive wines at the Bodrog Wine Workshop
Bodrog Wine Workshop was founded in 2007 by János Hajdú and Krisztián Farkas, armed with fresh winemaking diplomas. They work in small parcels, excellent areas, and historical classified vineyards. Alongside organic grape growing, they produce wines inspired by modern style but with a classic approach. They create single-vineyard varietal wines from multiple, selected harvests, fermented and aged in wooden barrels, using traditional Szederkény barrels. In dry wines, preserving fruity character is as important as highlighting terroir characteristics, while in sweet wines, creating concentration and balance is the guiding principle.
The wines will be presented by the cellar's co-owner and winemaker, János Hajdú.

We will also offer accompanying snacks.
Wines can be purchased on-site or reserved in advance, subject to availability.
