The drummer-composer Balázs Bágyi is one of the most important artists of the Hungarian jazz scene, who regularly performs abroad. As a member of numerous formations, he works in almost all genres, his unique melodic drumming style offers a complex musical experience. He has toured the United States of America several times 🇺🇸 and is the only Hungarian jazz musician who regularly performs in China.
His new quartet, which has been in existence since 2013, is dominated by acoustic, contemporary jazz with post bop elements.
