Every society can be described by the way it treats its children. Móricz Zsigmond's short novel, Árvácska, is the primal story of child abuse in Hungarian literature, and its horrors remain relevant today. The second-year master's acting class, along with our guest lecturer Péter Forgács, presents a reading where four actresses bring the story to life. It delves deeply into the grotesque nature of family, lack of love, and the hunger for love.
